Boulder, Colorado ~ Solstice Expansion Retreat ~ Life Coaching, Climbing and Yoga

4 Days of Life Coaching, Climbing and Yoga

Skill level: All Levels

Can climbing aid our personal and spiritual growth? We are certain it does! In this retreat we will help you connect to this aspect of climbing so that it can enrich your life even more!

Join us in Boulder, Colorado to dive deeply into unique life lessons that climbing can teach each of us. This trip will be led by Marta, a certified life coach and lifelong rock climber and Heidi, professional athlete and AMGA certified rock guide.

This trip is for those who want to use climbing as a portal for self transformation and self mastery.  Over the course of this four day workshop Marta and Heidi will share with you tools and skills that took them a lifetime to develop. These techniques will help you maximize how much the art of climbing can teach you about your inner world. When we find the patterns of habits and behaviors in one area of our life, they get revealed to us in many other aspects. This also means that when we practice expanding in one area, it will translate into many other areas of our life.

This retreat begins with one full day dedicated to self inquiry. On day one, the 4 directions of soul workshop will start us off, followed by yoga, and group discussion. We will each set individualized goals for the trip as well on day one. Day two and three we meet in the morning for an outdoor climbing adventure and in the afternoon we will meet back up in Boulder to debrief, reflect  and to expand upon our findings from the day. The morning of day four  is dedicated to an exploratory vision quest followed by our final group meeting together for reflection and a closing ceremony.

The spring of love arrives

to transform the dust into a garden.

The call is heard from the heavens

To bid the wings of soul to fly

The sea becomes filled with pearls.

The dry land received the water of life.

The stone becomes a ruby,

And the body becomes all soul.

Notes From Past Adventurers

“I was looking for an experience like no other. One that would challenge me, inspire me, and leave me smiling wanting more. I found it!!! I spent a week with these ladies becoming one with nature and pushing limits of all kinds! I was inspired each day! I learned something new each day! Challenges and laughter were shared each day! AND each night as I drifted off to sleep, I smiled while wondering what the next day would bring! I was never disappointed!!! Exciting, inspiring, and fantastically fun!!! Loved it so much, I’m joining this tribe again for Cuba in 2018!" Cory Foard

"EPR is a great combination of the magic nature has to offer us and the right guides to see the show! The beauty of Moab is almost indescribable- definitely better experienced :)" Tamar Melen

“My experience with Earth Play Retreats was everything I expected, and much more! Heidi's professional, yet relaxed, demeanor helped me accomplish far more than I thought possible in just a few short days. She encouraged me to keep going when I thought I couldn't climb any higher, and helped me gain the confidence to climb my first multi-pitch route. Thanks to this retreat, I've found a love of climbing. I can't wait to attend another one of these events!” Kristy Mitchell
