This retreat takes you to the tropical paradise of Puerto Rico, which is still in the US, so travel is easy.

- Our climbing guides Heidi and Petch have decades of experience and are both certified AMGA guides.
- This is trip has a wide range of activities. In addition to climbing and yoga, we go surfing and offer Yoga and a Slacklining workshop.
- This trip is best for those of you who are looking to connect with other awesome people, because we all stay in the same house together, which gives us more time to get to know each other.
- This adventure is great for any skill level, from beginners to advanced climbers.
- This trip is a good one for the adventurous as we will guide you on many fun adventures...yet it's also an amazing place for relaxing and recovering as well.
Location
This retreat takes place on the tropical paradise of Puerto Rico. We will explore some of the great limestone crags, swim in the warm turquoise waters, go surfing, practice yoga, learn to give and receive Thai massage and relax and rejuvenate on this vibrant and colorful island.
We will be staying on the North coast of the island. Lots of great restaurants, shopping and farm stands are sprinkled near to where we will be staying.
What It Includes
- 3 nights accommodations in our beautiful retreat house

- One Slackline workshop
- 2 Days of Guided Rock Climbing
- 1 Half Day surfing lesson (depending on wind and swell)

Not included:
- Transportation to Puerto Rico or to the retreat location
- Personal Climbing Gear , we do have rentals available
- Meals (many great restaurants nearby, plus we have a kitchen where you can cook)

***An optional extra day of guided climbing is available for an additional cost for those who are interested in staying through Monday evening. Housing is not included for this date, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
Our Guides On This Trip
Heidi is an accomplished climber in all realms of the sport. She has been guiding for over 20 years and is an AMGA Certified Rock Guide and professional climber for The North Face. Along with her passion for climbing she has taught yoga for climbers for over a decade. She works with people to get them back into the flow state and help them realize that this is a natural state of our being. We will work on the mat and on the wall to help us grow and develop.
Petch has been climbing since 1989 and his passion for teaching and guiding are equal to his insatiable stoke for climbing in general. He is owner of Lovers Leap Guides and has developed quite a lot of the climbing in this area. He is an AMGA Certified Rock Instructor

- 90 days notice: Full refund. Deposit can be used for future trips.
- 60 days notice: 75% refund
- 30 days notice: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days notice: No refund
