Have you ever wanted to try rock climbing? Or how about taking your climbing to the outdoors? or maybe you want to learn some new tricks on the rock?
This 1/2 day outing is designed as a safe and fun introduction to outdoor rock climbing and how to connect our bodies to movement over the rock. Our aim is to bring community together, to meet like-minded friends, to explore the amazing climbing around the front range, connect in and with nature, get some exercise all while having fun.
Families and children, ages 12 and up, are welcome to join. Just note that this will be at least a moderate level of activity.
We will also be incorporating yogic warm ups into our climbing days.
* The exact times may fluctuate due to weather. We will typically meet at the base of boulder canyon.
